Social Media & Anti-Fraud Policy

It is our sincerest intention to always exceed the expectations of every customer and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the harsh reality is that not all customers come to us with good intentions. Internet fraud costs companies across the country billions of dollars every year and bullying can cause business owners and their staffs a significant amount of stress. With the boom of social media and expansion of online shopping, we have elected to follow the lead of several large retailers and outline our policy for ant-fraud and bullying by customers. By doing business with BlushingBB LLC you agree to not partake in the following behaviors:

Swearing and Foul Language. Derogatory, racially charged comments, swearing or intimidating language when speaking by email or social media.

Social Media Bullying & Threats of Intimidation. Making false, disparaging or derogatory statements about the company or products or name calling for the sole purpose of harming the company. This includes statements such as, “If you don’t do what I am asking, I will leave a bad review or go on social media to ruin your business.”

Company Reviews & Dishonesty. We work hard to exceed every customer's expectations. Our goal is to have happy customers and repeat business. However, the reality is not all online reviews are honest or have pure motives. Placing dishonest or inaccurate reviews on social media platforms is not acceptable.

Chargebacks & Stolen Credit Cards. Performing chargebacks for items received and/or using a stolen credit card as payment of an order is not acceptable and punishable by law. In these cases, we reserve the right to regain funds by turning all paperwork over to the authorities.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action should we observe any punishable breaches in policy as outlined above.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment. If your credit or debit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.
