FAQ


Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea. We're continuing to expand our international shipping in future restocks. Stay tuned!

My shipment is international. Do I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?
Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches you. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs duties, VAT, or import tariffs associated with their order. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful delivery (you will not receive your package). Our business does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the United States and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When do you restock?
We aim to restock on Saturdays, at noon (12pm) EST. We will be announcing restocks in advance on our Instagram account (@blushingbb_slimes) so be sure you're following our Instagram to make sure you don't miss out!

How long will it take to get my order?
Since each item is 100% handmade and custom-made, we require 5 business days to prepare your order for shipping. We drop off orders to USPS every following Saturday. Once the order ships, for domestic orders within the United States, it takes USPS 1-7 business days to deliver your order, the delivery time frame depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the distance between our shipping center and your shipping address. For international destinations, USPS estimates a delivery time ranging between 7-21 business days, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. As USPS possesses the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding your package, I highly advise contacting your local USPS as they will be able to provide the best assistance to your issue. Please have your tracking number ready for the USPS staff when you place your call.

My slime package arrived broken -- what can I do?
Although I devote a lot of effort and resources to ensure your package arrives securely, once the package is relayed to USPS, there is, unfortunately, nothing I can do to ensure against mishandling of the package by the carrier. Detailed photographic or video proof with clear shots of the front, back, bottom, and top of the container, the bubble wrap, bubble mailer/box, and any spilled slime is required before an assessment may be made. This does not guarantee a refund or compensation, and the decision will be contingent upon the shop's discretion.

My USPS tracking information appears "Delivered" but I haven't received the package. Can you send me another package?
Since your package was already shipped out and USPS officially claimed delivery, I unfortunately no longer have control over the process. As such, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085 to help locate your package, supplying the tracking number associated with your order. Please make sure to check with any resident / building staffs should they have more information regarding your package, and re-check any other potential space around your residence where the package may have been delivered. As such, it may take 1-3 days for your package to show up after it has been delivered by USPS. On rare occasions, your tracking status may be displayed as Delivered, but may be delayed in arrival as USPS scans packages in batches. If, after 7 business days, your package still hasn't arrived, you can file a Missing Mail request here, and USPS will help locate the package for you. I am not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages. Therefore, it is very important to ensure you enter your correct and complete shipping address when you check out. If your package is shipped back to me, once I have received the returned package, I will contact you via email providing options to either accept a refund (on the slimes only -- shipping costs are not refundable), or re-ship your package with a re-shipping cost (this will be assessed by USPS). If, after 24 hours, no response is given, I will automatically issue a refund on your order (on the slimes only -- shipping costs are not refundable).

Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Due to the handmade nature of the items, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, I immediately start production. I cannot accept cancellations once production as begun.

I incorrectly entered my shipping address -- can I change it?
Contact me immediately with the correct shipping address. If I have not shipped out your package, I will correct the address accordingly. Once shipping has begun, If an address is incorrect or incomplete, and your order gets shipped to the wrong address, I cannot refund your payment as the items have been shipped out. If the package is returned to me, I will need to charge an additional shipping fee assessed by USPS to re-ship the order.

My daughter/son placed an order without my permission; I placed an order without my parent's permission. Can I get a refund?
Once processed, all orders and sales are final and non-refundable. Thus, it is important that you receive permission from the payment cardholder before you complete a purchase. However, you may contact me via email requesting a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If a request is made after 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. If the package has already been shipped and you reject the shipment or attempt to return the package to sender, I will not be able to issue a refund.

What types of payment do you accept? Can I mail you cash?
I accept credit card payment through Shopify Payments, which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. I also accept Shopify Pay and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I cannot accept mailed cash payments for security reasons.

Do your slimes contain borax?
Yes. Currently, all my slimes contain diluted borax activator as it is the most reliable and stable slime activator in the market. Borax is classified as non-carcinogenic and a mild skin irritant, just as excessive use of baking soda would cause irritation. However, if you notice an allergic reaction or abnormality after touching slime, please refrain from any further contact with the slime.

Can I eat slime?
No. Please do not ingest slime. Please do not ingest the borax included with your order. I am not responsible for any damages resulting from negligence or improper use of these items.

Can I have free slime? Can you send us your slime to review?
I cannot send out free slime; however, if you have purchased my slime and have enjoyed your purchase, you can spread the love by posting a review under the hashtag #BlushingBBSlimesReview. I'll be spamming and featuring a selection of reviews each week on my Instagram stories! 

Can you review our slime? Do you accept trades?
Reviews and trades are currently fully booked and thus I cannot accept any more at the moment. I will keep you updated once they re-open.

Is your website secure?
Yes, the website is secure and powered by Shopify. All pages that could contain your personal information are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
